ALL SUBCONTRACTORS MUST READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING ANY PROJECT

In order for your bid to be accepted, you must first be prequalified as a subcontractor. Jimerico requires all subcontractors to disclose their company information, including insurance coverage and bonding capacity. Please review the Insurance Requirements documents and samples. These are minimum requirements and all subcontractors working for Jimerico must carry the same coverage, if not more insurance. We also ask for reference information, experience and general information. Completing this form will ensure that you are placed on our list of current bidders and distributed to our estimating department

Your form must be completed in its entirety and faxed to 954-524-3799 or emailed.
Please put "PRE-QUALIFICATION" in the subject line.

Insurance Requirements

All subcontractors must fill out the Proposal Certification and sumbit this with their proposal. Proposals will not be considered without this form completed.

Please make sure you review ALL the plans for the project that you are bidding. There may be some scope of work listed in a different division. It is each subcontractors responsibility to make sure that they are bidding their full scope of work.
