Subcontractor Prequalification Form
In order for your bid to be accepted, you must first be prequalified as a subcontractor. Jimerico requires all subcontractors to disclose their company information, including insurance coverage and bonding capacity. We also ask for reference information, experience and general information. Completing this form will ensure that you are placed on our list of current bidders and distributed to our estimating department.
Your form must be completed in its entirety and faxed to 954-524-3799 or emailed.
